Did you pour the wax onto the flame by mistake? Or the wax extinguished the flame? Then it is ok to relight the candle as it was human intervention. However, if the flame goes out while burning the candle, it is a message from the spirits. This means the spirits cannot help you in what you request, and the answer you seek is already determined.
