As a new graduate transfering my license can be tricky and takes time. Savannah suggested unblocking spell + blockbuster. Holly molly, my license was submited and approved with in 6 days. I almost cried. Even tho I had an issue with the number of training hours, as each state requires a different number of hours. Oh wow the issue was resolved with few hours out of no where; I am speechless really. Never been disappointed by BWC team.
