I’ve only fortunately had to cast spells of this nature a few times, but it certainly is a powerful tool when someone is crossing lines with you. I’ve always used a lemon for this work, creating a ‘mouth’ by making a slit and forcing it shut with pins at the end of the spell. I love the idea of the nails rusting in the acid over time. Likewise, I imagine working with a cow tongue for this would be very visceral and help raise your energy when casting!
