Everybody has some level of emotional baggage. Emotional baggage becomes a problem when we can’t function in a healthy way in our day-to-day life. When we go to a mental health professional to discuss our “emotional baggage”, we are hoping to find some level of understanding so as to process this baggage into some category within our mind that we can live with it and get on with daily life!

With or without a therapist, and as your chiropractor understands completely, all of these trapped emotions become encoded into your body. If you don’t believe me, ask your chiropractor about kinesiology! A kinesiology session will usually involve muscle testing, where the practitioner tests the body to identify unconscious stresses. 

For example –  A woman, who was sexually abused as a child, cannot understand why she now feels numb during sex with her husband. Her husband claims she has never been emotionally connected during sex. The truth is that the negative experience has anchored itself into certain parts of her body, and she has an unconscious reaction because of the trauma. Once the trauma is released via spiritual unblocking, the anchor will no longer exist, and the woman can begin to rebuild Home a more healthy relationship with her husband.

Emotions are frequencies of energy. All energy will find a place to rest within our body. Energy doesn’t know if it is good or bad, (just like magic doesn’t know if it is Black or White). Energy will just try and find a place to sit. It’s your reaction to this energy that causes dysfunction within your body.

Expectations 

When a negative anchor or a negative energetic block is removed from the body, the conscious mind needs to re-learn the appropriate behaviour or a more appropriate thought to deal with the situations.

For example, and using the example above, the woman and her husband have had trauma in their sex life for many years because of her unconscious negative blocks. Perhaps a husband is now accustomed to the wife pushing him away, and maybe the wife always says certain phrases during sex. Behavioural modification needs to be worked on for at least 8 to 12 weeks in order for the experience of everyday life to feel beneficial.

What we require from you

Just like going to the chiropractor for kinesiology, we like to work on a single problem at a time. So we will ask you:

A – What is the 1 Problem you have now, that you would like to work on?
B – What emotions are holding you back? (if you know)

During the session, we will release that energetic block, and the negative beliefs connected to that energetic block. Another word for it is releasing a negative anchor.

We have options for you to purchase up to 3 sessions, and after each session, we will provide you with a report of what we released.

Report of Completion

Unlike a doctor visit, we do provide you with a report of what emotions we have released from your body during the session. If the report doesn’t make sense to you, don’t stress out. What is most important is that you are focused on allowing the emotion to be released from your body with every session.

Some people have found it beneficial to have charka cleansing after this service to help balance the chakras. Because each of the seven chakras correlates with an organ in the body, when the negative emotion becomes trapped in a body organ, it could interfere with the flow of energy through the chakra. The trapped negative energy may begin to cause disruption, physical discomfort, uneasiness, drastic emotional changes, and sadness. The goal is to restore a healthy, balanced chakra system.
