Tracking Number

We ship all orders through Stamps.com, a trusted third-party shipping service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email directly from Stamps.com containing your tracking number and shipping details. This email will come from Stamps.com, not from Black Witch Coven, so please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) carefully for it.

Packing Timing

As a small, dedicated team, we hand-prepare every order with care.

After we receive your payment, it typically takes several business days to process and ship your items. Specialty or custom orders may require additional time.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

ALSO – if you’ve ordered an item that requires special manufacturing or preparation, such as some of the spiritual oils, please know that everything happens at our own pace. We really enjoy having a spiritual practice, and that means that we love all of our customers and clients, but it doesn’t mean we’re shipping out orders like Amazon.

This can really annoy some of our new customers, and we get it. However, our customer return rate is over 77%…. And that is for a reason. We don’t plan on changing this at all, so if this is frustrating to you, thank you for trying us out, and we hope you find a place that can suit your needs.

  • once you have made your payment, let us know
  • if you haven’t paid by the beginning of the next day, then your order will be cancelled and you will need to reorder. this is because we don’t hire external administration staff and we don’t have the time to chase up order payments.

To get your spell work started right away, let us know the following:

  1. Confirm that you have sent the Zelle payment and the exact amount you sent.
  2. Provide your full name and date of birth.
  3. Provide the target person’s full name and date of birth (if there is one).
  4. Send any photos or additional details / petition for the ritual.

As soon as we receive your confirmation and all the required information, we will begin your work in order.

Monthly subscription services

For our monthly subscription services (such as ongoing spell work or protection plans), this is not an automatic recurring charge. You will receive a monthly invoice, and payment is only required if you wish to continue the service for that month. There is no obligation to pay if you choose to pause or end the service.

Returns, Refunds & Credits

All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on any order, whether for products or services. All our clients and new customers to consider their purchase carefully before ordering.

As we are a small team, it takes a lot of additional time and effort to do additional administration work, and therefore we do not offer any refunds. 

Change of Mind AFTER purchase:

  • If you change your mind about a physical product before it has shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full credit to your account. This credit can be used toward any future product or service with no expiry date.
  • If you change your mind about a service before work has begun, we will issue a credit for the full amount, which can be applied to any other service or product at any time.
  • IMPORTANT – if we have began your work, we do not offer any level of refund or credit. Please understand that our time is also our most important commodity so once we begin doing your work, this time cannot be refunded. 

Complaining that you want a refund because your spell did not work

This doesn’t happen often, but it happens from time to time when people do not read our terms of service or have just heard about us and have fantasy ideas about spells and spell casting.

We have put a copious amount of time into explaining everything we can about the spell casting services, from the product description page to the frequently asked spell questions, and over 15 years of Savannah talking about how magic can work and how there are limitations.

So…. no, we do not offer refunds if your spell does not work.

We understand that it can be expensive to have somebody else do the magical work for you, but having the magical work done for you does not make it a guarantee that your wish or spell will manifest the way you desire. Hence why our website is filled with tips and free advice for you to cast magic yourself. Additionally, we have been sharing videos on YouTube for over 15 years, explaining how to cast spells and rituals yourself.

Spell casting takes time, effort, and energy, and a lot of time. There are small costs involved with tools and materials. As most of us Black magic occultists are medical professionals or at a doctoral level in our other careers, the fee we charge for the spell-casting services for our time is exactly the bare minimum we can charge to put a value to our hour. 

People would never go into a medical professional and ask for a refund of the doctor’s time…..because a doctor is giving his advice or her opinion based on their experience and what you have shared ….. there is no guarantee your medical issue will be fixed at the end of that time, and it’s the same with spell casting.

After Shipping or Service Completion:

  • No refunds or exchanges are available once an item has shipped or a service has been performed.

We encourage all customers to read product/service descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. We are always happy to clarify details to help you make the right choice.
