July 29 Full Moon Event

NOTE – as of July 28, we received a special message about this event, and so we have slightly pivoted as to what we are going to do. Naturally, we’re still going to do the traditional rituals of drawing down the moon and the honoring of the specific spirits and sharing of our clients’ petitions. QUICK UPDATE: This Full Moon – Put a Stake in the Ground

I haven’t had much time to write about this Full Moon, but I didn’t want it to pass without saying something clear.

Even if you’re not into moon rituals (and that’s completely fine), there is a strong frequency moving right now. This is one of those windows where the energy supports real clarity and long-term commitment. If you have goals you’ve been carrying, or if you’ve been waiting for a proper moment to get serious about where you’re headed, tonight is worth using.

(… But if you get this on a Thursday and you’re wondering, “Oh damn, I’ve missed out” … The energy of a full moon can be tapped into generally around three days beforehand and three days after, so just get on to it. )

This is not about wish spells or asking for lottery wins and sudden billions. I’m talking about goals you already have a burning desire to achieve … the ones you’re actually working toward.

I ALWAYS prefer the kind of intention that produces steady, real progress (even 5% improvement over the next twelve months) rather than fantasy. Those are the goals that respond best to this kind of energy.

What to do tonight

Get clear on two things:

1. Where you are right now

2. Where you realistically want to be in twelve months 

Write both down. Be honest. Then put a reminder in your phone or diary for this same time next year so you can look back and measure what actually moved.

If you work with demons more than moon rituals, you can still use this night. The planetary weather (Jupiter tightly with the Sun in Leo, Full Moon in Aquarius) supports expansion, sovereignty, and clear forward movement.

A strong ally for this kind of work is Lucifer for illumination, personal authority, and claiming your own path. 

(If your goal is more material or practical advancement, Duke Bune or Belial also sit well with this energy.)

Simple way to work it

Light a candle.
Speak clearly to the spirit you choose.
Example:
“Lucifer, I stand at this Full Moon and put a stake in the ground.
Here is where I am.
Here is the goal I am committed to over the next twelve months.
I ask for your illumination and support as I walk this.
Help me stay clear, remove what stalls me, and keep the current moving toward what I have claimed.
I will do my part.”

State your actual goal in plain language.
Offer sincere thanks or a simple offering if that is part of your practice.
Then let the candle burn for a while and close the space cleanly.

You don’t need anything elaborate. Clarity and commitment are the real force here.

Use the night if it calls to you. Twelve months from now, you’ll be glad you marked the starting point.
