It’s easy to set goals in January when a ball is dropping and the year restarts anew but its hard to keep up with those goals.
The sixth full moon of the year makes a great half year resolution point where you can be honest with where you are and what you’ve accomplished.
Use it as a time to restart goals that have fallen off, reevaluate goals that aren’t working for you and find new ones that are better aligned with your year and yourself.

- The June 2024 full moon is called the Strawberry Moon, also called Mead Moon and Honey Moon.
- It is said to represent a journey of renewal, abundance, and spiritual awakening.

The Key to Manifestation
It is important to remember, that in order to manifest what you desire, “it” must be a true passion or a true desire. If you’re not clear on what you want to manifest or if you have any doubts whether they be internal doubts or external doubts, you will not be happy with what manifests around you. What manifests within you, is only what you want to happen. Understanding this concept takes many years of fighting with your ego!
Also, witchcraft is not empathetic to life’s problems. You can’t beg something into existence. If there is a clear reason as to why your challenge exists, this challenge needs to be overcome.
Example:
Desire/Petition – “I want to win the lotto” –
Belief – “I bet I don’t win”, “I can’t afford the lotto ticket”, “Witchcraft isn’t real”
Result – You don’t win the lotto
In other words, energy does not differentiate between good or bad, right or wrong, something you really need, or any other variable. Energy will go where you direct it. Should your actions, beliefs, or your doubts block the energy from your body into the ether, the spell or the petition will have its challenges in manifesting.
This month, why not focus on something that you truly believe is possible, if only you asked for it.
(In case you’re wondering what you need to do to manifest winning Games of chance, you have to energise the SAME numbers consistently. You need to charge all of the numbers individually, and then charge them as a group. Also, they need to be worked/played/used consistently over time to create energy that directs back to you. The same could be said for horse racing and other opportunities for winning. Clients who follow this strategy have shared with us their stories of consistent wins. Winning the mega millions or anything like that has not been reported back to us.)
Karma
Let’s talk about karma. Karma can be called the “manifestation killer”. Why do I say this? Let me explain the truth about what is and what it’s not, and how your ideas about karma, truly affect the way you’re available to manifest.
It’s a normal part of our language to throw out phrases like “karma will get him” or “karma will punish her for her evilness”! The concept behind this saying is that the individual who has done a perceived hurt or a perceived bad thing will be punished. It makes us feel better. Plus it’s more socially polite than saying something you may truly feel such as “….I hope she dies”, or “I hope he falls off a cliff and dies!” But is it true? No, it’s definitely not true. Karma is not interested in revenge because karma does not judge.
Most of us have been programmed within a system of guilt and shame. This is not your fault. You have just been programmed this way, and then we continue on the programming to the next generation and the next generation. It’s just part of our culture.
So to keep this advice FOCUSED on your manifestation for this month, consider if a concern of “karma” influences you when asking for a “magical blessing/petition”. Just be honest with yourself, and if karma is a challenge for you, re-write your request in a way where you do not feel like you are in breach of your value system.
If you are worried that you will be punished for witchcraft, that is a block to manifestation. Remember, what manifests for you, is only what you want to happen.
Final Thoughts
The information I share may not be relevant to everybody, but for some people, these small tips can help you slightly shift the way you request for magical assistance. It’s so tempting to ask for everything. For some people, this is especially true if they pay for a magical service. Many people want to get more bang for the buck. And I totally understand the mundane logic behind this concept.
There’s an old saying that I really love:
Question: How do you eat an elephant?
Answer: One bite at a time.
The point is to use the energy of the full moon, to heighten your own frequency and work on yourself one step at a time, so you can manifest your goals. Trying to eat the whole elephant is impossible in one setting, so you will become disappointed and disheartened at your attempt. So are you trying to eat the whole elephant or are you willing to take a bite?
This month, I evoke Flereous who is represented by the image of the Phoenix. The Phoenix is an example that we must consistently change and grow, and reinvent ourselves. Some say that the Phoenix “will rise from the ashes with renewed youth to live through another cycle.” Changing ourselves it’s not easy, so we release that part of ourselves that is holding us back, and we call to what we desire to bring forth during the next period.

QUESTION: HOW DO THE FULL MOON EVENTS WORK?

As we have been offering this event for so many years, we forget that we have not explained how our full moon event works! So it makes sense that many people ask if this is recorded or shared on Facebook or in a public forum. And maybe in the future, this could be possible but there are reasons why we do not share this event as a public event.
The event is closed (not recorded) because:
- Much of the ritual is from our own book of shadows and that is private (and that is common in most older covens).
- Many of our members do not want their faces shown in public (and everyone has their own personal reason for this, including not feeling the need to dress up for a camera, not wanting to be identified or “followed”).
- When people are recorded they tend not to act “naturally.” They tend to be worried about many other factors versus being in the moment, so we do not have the recording of any rituals or spells at BWC.
- The privacy of our clients is also super important. People write very private information on their requests, and it would be terrible to read out everybody’s name and information and then what they’re looking to achieve in front of a camera. We would hate to have to change the way we perform a ritual.
- The sharing of our own personal vulnerabilities would also be limited if we were sharing to a live stream. It’s very important to have a safe space with trusted people where you can release something quite private, where you will not be judged on what you say or how you say it. People would not share or become vulnerable if they knew other people were watching.
- The sharing of magic in public breaks the #1 law in occultism – SILENCE. This in itself is a complex subject matter but it does come down to weakening the energy when it is shared with those who do not understand or respect magick. Of course, not all of our clients if any fall into this category, but unfortunately, a small percentage do.

We really are not trying to sound mysterious but trying and keep the integrity of what we’re trying to achieve as a small group. By offering a small number of clients requests into our full moon events, we enjoy hearing and sharing our clients needs to the Gods & Goddesses (Versus just listening to our own requests), and we believe this brings an extra level of energy to us, as we are raising the energy for our clients as well as for us.
