Black Witch Coven has evolved so much over the last 25 +++ years, as we have changed and adapted to technology and our offerings to the public. Once we were only uploading various spells and interesting findings on this website for other coven members to review – like an online Book of Shadows for the team. So you will find pages that look like a dumping ground for xyz.

In 2026 many coven members are starting to offer their skills to the public. Who knows what we will be doing in the future, but I am sure it will be different from what we are doing right now. Some of the male members of our group I’m now starting to identify as warlocks. I believe the reason for this decision was to move away from the current popular version of a witch/wiccan who is bound by many rules and social correctness. For our group this year, the word warlock pertains to a male who is in the practice of witchcraft and sorcery.

Our definition of magic is based on the TRUE & oldest definition:

Magic is the highest most absolute and divine knowledge of natural philosophy advanced in its works and wonderful operations by a right understanding of the inward and occult vertue of things, so that true agents being applied to proper patients, strange and admirable effects will thereby be produced; whence magicians are profound and diligent searchers into nature, they because of their skill know how to anticipate an effect which to the vulgar shall seem a miracle.

BWC does not pretend to be the most powerful or most anything, We are always evolving, and learning different ways to improve ourselves through alternative means.

Below you will see some of our members and we have begun listing them as either the inner circle or the outer circle. This doesn’t make the member more important or less important, more that it allows that specific member to be working as a solo individual who still has loyalty to the coven.

While we do not specifically assign a high priest or a high priestess role, as Savannah is the front of the Coven to the public, she is assigned a unique and special purpose & title. Savannah has the final say on all matters relating to our public presence.

Note On BWC Impersonators 

As we have taught witchcraft and left-hand half practices for decades, we are aware there are many students who directly copy our exact services. Some of our students write in and ask permission to reproduce the spells and services we have on this website, however, others just hope they can build their witchcraft business based on what we have been doing and what they have learned. No hard feelings, but if you are that person, just make sure you have the respect to write in and let us know in advance because it doesn’t look good when we are told about it on the backend by other people. And believe us we know.
