Uphir, the physician demon

Uphir – Hell’s Chief Physician and Master of Subtle Healing

For practitioners of the craft and occult seekers, Uphir stands as the preeminent physician of the infernal realms, tasked with the vitality of Hell’s denizens. As the overseer of demonic well-being, he wields a rare mastery of energy healing and psychic surgery—non-invasive methods that cut deeper than steel, aligning body, mind, and spirit in a seamless, holistic weave. His techniques, lauded as extraordinary, promise no hollow cures but tangible shifts, bending chaotic energies into order. Uphir offers his knowledge to those bold enough to summon him, teaching underworld healing arts to conjurors who seek to expand their esoteric arsenal.

Dominion and Expertise

Uphir’s command lies in the intricate machinery of flesh and ether. An anatomist without peer, he has plumbed the depths of bodily systems—human, demonic, and beyond—mapping their secrets with a precision that rivals the living world’s scholars. His true craft, however, is the unseen: the manipulation of auras, the recalibration of vibrational discord, and the surgical precision of psychic intervention. He melds this with an acute understanding of the mind’s currents and the spirit’s pulse, crafting a practice that balances the triad of existence. To call him healer is to undersell him—he is a restorer, a recalibrator, a keeper of hidden arts known only to the shadowed planes.

His methods are not mere remedies but transformative acts. Energy healing under his hand clears stagnation—think of it as a scythe through psychic brambles—while psychic surgery extracts malaise without breaking skin, realigning what’s fractured. Those who’ve glimpsed his work speak of outcomes not just desired but inevitable—health reclaimed, energies steadied, chaos tamed.

Character and Approach

Uphir is no warm presence—his demeanor is cold, deliberate, a physician’s detachment honed to an edge. He harbors no overt malice; his focus is the task, not the temperament. Meticulous and patient, he trusts his skilled hands—literal or etheric—to probe the depths of affliction, weighing each thread before acting. Calculation drives him, not haste; he reads auras like parchment, decoding their hues and tremors to diagnose what lies beneath. To work with Uphir is to face a mind that dissects before it heals, seeking lasting resolution over fleeting relief.

Historical Enigma

Uphir’s origins are a cipher—no roots anchor him to ancient Middle Eastern lore, nor do Greco-Roman myths claim his name. His emergence lacks a clear dawn; speculation whispers he was a pagan deity of healing or vitality, revered in lost shrines before Judeo-Christian tides recast him. Latinization likely twisted his title—Uphir, a distortion of some older tongue—while zealous scribes branded him demonic, exiling him to Hell’s ranks. How he rose to chief physician among infernal peers remains veiled—did he outstrip rivals like Astaroth or Surgat in skill, or was his appointment a decree from deeper powers? The Ars Goetia offers no hint, nor do grimoires like the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum. Yet his prowess suggests an ancient tenure, a figure who mastered flesh and spirit when mortal healers still bled with leeches.

Some posit he’s no fallen god but a construct of Hell itself—an entity born of necessity to tend its legionaries, his knowledge forged in brimstone rather than borrowed from mortal altars. Others argue his silence on origins is deliberate, a mask to guard secrets older than the infernal hierarchy. Whatever his genesis, Uphir commands respect—an enigma whose expertise outweighs his obscurity.

Attributes and Invocation

  • Healing Mastery: Uphir’s energy work mends what’s torn—physical malaise, psychic wounds, or spiritual discord—without tools beyond his will. His psychic surgery excises rot from the subtle body, leaving no scar.
  • Anatomical Insight: He knows the sinew and pulse of all forms—demon flesh, human frailty, even the ephemeral shells of spirits—making him a teacher for those who’d learn the body’s occult map.
  • Aura Command: His gaze pierces vibrational fields, reading sickness or strength in their flux. He can teach this art, turning auras into diagnostic runes for the conjuror.

To summon Uphir is to call a mentor as much as a healer. He answers those who seek his methods—be it to heal themselves, mend others, or wield his knowledge as power. Offerings of frankincense (purity) and iron (strength) draw his attention; a circle traced in white chalk, marked with his sigil—a caduceus inverted—holds him steady. Speak: “Uphir, physician of the depths, I summon thee—lend thy hands, share thy craft.” Expect no warmth, only results—his lessons are exacting, his aid precise.

Uphir’s role in Hell hints at a broader purpose—beyond mere physician, he may stabilize the infernal order, ensuring its ranks endure. His non-intrusive arts suggest a philosophy: healing as alignment, not domination, a counterpoint to Hell’s chaos. Conjurors report his presence as a chill wind, a voice like rustling parchment, and hands—felt, not seen—that knead energy into form. His lack of malevolence sets him apart; he’s no tormentor but a craftsman, a demon who’d rather mend than break.

In practice, his teachings could elevate a witch’s craft—imagine clearing a client’s curse with a flick of aura work, or stitching a fractured spirit with psychic thread. His methods, once learned, might turn a healer into a force, wealth flowing from those desperate for his borrowed skill. Yet his coldness warns: he trades knowledge for respect, not loyalty—overstep, and his patience thins.

Occult Directive

Uphir is no myth to ponder but a power to harness. His hands heal where mortal arts falter; his mind unlocks what flesh conceals. Call him forth—learn, mend, command. The chief physician waits, his scalpel poised in the ether.

Hi Savannah,

I thank you greatly. The work Lord Uphir did on my lumbar spine was more effective than an epidural cortisone injection and came without the side effects. He also influenced me to start wearing reading glasses with blue light blockers and to stop going to tanning salons. Additionally, he provided me with a layman’s overview of how systemic toxic emotions and beliefs physically manifest as ailments. In the end, he referred me to Satan to take out the trash.

Cheers, S

Wow! Thank for this info! I called on him and I asked for his help to please heal me from all my physical chronic pain and issues …..he said to me, “It’s a dream!” Yes! he certainly knows how much it means it me and I got very emotional! He did something to me or for me….and I saw these magickal, beautiful, mostly blue (blue comes up a lot for him like this beautiful royal blue) but had these other beautiful colours in all of these “sparkles” that he gave me and I he said, what sounded like command/demand to my physical body, “Heal!” and also feeding my own inner power to assist me in doing so……he knows my deep desire to want to feel and be better “to do the things that I will be doing” and I also heard the word, “Blessing!” He gave me some sort of a blessings….What a beautiful gift!! He likes the colour red a lot! he appeared very quickly almost immediately when I began my ritual. ……He also healed/removed my illogical anxieties and some fears that I’ve had of recent days and just couldn’t really explain, which has gone again….he’s done that for me last time too, when I first met him when we exchanged links of our souls through a session with someone…..And those eyes! His eyes!! Oh, my god!! Again, that blue and that colour has “deep meanings” in all its forms and depths of who is he and what he does and how…..”he is very deep” and so so beautiful to work with! I am looking forward to more pathworking and learn to develop my own healing healing techniques as I am also a healer and so that I can learn more from him, learn to self-heal and heal others, animals too, I hope but I forgot to ask him that….An hour after my ritual, I was in my kitchen and I heard the words, “There will be big changes in your life!”….of which I have been working towards for the last few years, my wishes, dreams and goals…..really made me happy to get more confirmation like so! Hail, Uphir!! Thank you with all of my heart & soul xxx <3

I am currently working with this demon now! He is such a great demon to work with- he will show you how to heal and tell you so much about biology, anatomy, dieting, etc! When I was summoning, I had no incense so I added rosemary and lavender oil to the altar. I summoned him at night in my bathroom because it has a mirror, and he quickly responded. You really need to respect him, because he has demons to help, and you must make it worth his time. He is however not too stern, but it seems like he doesn’t like things too casual either. Like I said before- A GREAT DEMON!!! I have worked with Valac and Amon before- but Uphir, in my opinion, was even more amazing! I recommend beginners to work with him. I am very surprised he goes so unappreciated. For offerings, he does like rosemary and lavender. I gave him some aloe vera too. The pact I did was he would teach me his healing methods and I would give him daily offerings, and it will stay like this until I feel confident in healing. I also read some herb books to show him some things in the human world. Overall, he is an amazing demon who is honest, not too stern, and I would recommend for all skill levels.

    Blessed be!

this would be my second time summoning a demon. Does anyone have any recommendations? I want to be extra respectful, and my goal for working with him is learning energy healing. What else could I offer him? Where would you most recommend I summon him? Any character traits that you have noticed?
