Shipping Information

We ship all orders through Stamps.com, a trusted third-party shipping service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email directly from Stamps.com containing your tracking number and shipping details. This email will come from Stamps.com, not from Black Witch Coven, so please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) carefully for it.

As a small, dedicated team, we hand-prepare every order with care. After we receive your payment, it typically takes several business days to process and ship your items. Specialty or custom orders may require additional time.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Please allow reasonable time for preparation and delivery before contacting us about your order status.

Payment Options

We offer several secure payment methods for your convenience:

  • PayPal – Our primary and recommended payment option.
  • Credit/Debit Card – Processed securely through our payment gateway.
  • Venmo – Available for customers who prefer this method.
  • Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer – If bank details are not visible during checkout or you prefer this option, simply contact us and we will provide the necessary information.

For our monthly subscription services (such as ongoing spell work or protection plans), this is not an automatic recurring charge. You will receive a monthly invoice, and payment is only required if you wish to continue the service for that month. There is no obligation to pay if you choose to pause or end the service.

Returns, Refunds & Credits

All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on any order, whether for products or services. All our clients and new customers to consider their purchase carefully before ordering.

As we are a small team, it takes a lot of additional time and effort to do additional administration work, and therefore we do not offer any refunds. 

Change of Mind AFTER purchase:

  • If you change your mind about a physical product before it has shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full credit to your account. This credit can be used toward any future product or service with no expiry date.
  • If you change your mind about a service before work has begun, we will issue a credit for the full amount, which can be applied to any other service or product at any time.
  • IMPORTANT – if we have began your work, we do not offer any level of refund or credit. Please understand that our time is also our most important commodity so once we begin doing your work, this time cannot be refunded. 

After Shipping or Service Completion:

  • No refunds or exchanges are available once an item has shipped or a service has been performed.

We encourage all customers to read product/service descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. We are always happy to clarify details to help you make the right choice.
