Black Witch Coven Master Demon Tracker
An Electronic Workbook for Organizing Demonic Studies
VERSION 2026_05_V1
This is an electronic workbook designed for those who study demons and spirits and wish to keep their information organized in one accessible place. It is not a traditional grimoire, nor is it primarily a book of correspondences. While it does include some correspondences to support your studies, its main purpose is to serve as a practical tool for collating and managing information over time.
This is not an instructional product. We are not teaching you how to work with these spirits or how to use this workbook. That responsibility belongs to you. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that there are no refunds, as this is a digital organizational template meant for personal customization and study.
Unlike a physical Book of Shadows, a physical workbook with pages of demon names for you to fumble around finding page numbers or having to store somewhere public, or a static PDF, this is a fully editable Google Sheets workbook.
Members of the Black Witch Coven have found that maintaining traditional handwritten Books of Shadows has become increasingly difficult, especially when trying to keep information tidy and well-organized. We have found that using a Google Sheets system makes it much easier to reference a large number of spirits, update information, and share knowledge within the group.
About the Books and Tabs
This workbook is organized into separate tabs, with each major grimoire given its own dedicated section. We chose this structure because each book offers a different perspective, focus, and approach to working with demons. Having them separated makes it easier to study, compare, and reference the information without confusion.
- Ars Goetia (72 Demons) This is the most well-known and widely referenced list of 72 demons. It serves as the foundation for much of modern Goetic practice. We included it because it remains the central text most practitioners begin with.
- Daemonolatry Goetia (72 Demons) This version covers the same 72 demons but approaches them from a modern demonolatry perspective. It includes updated enns and practical insights suited for contemporary practice. We added this tab to show how the same demons can be worked with in a more devotional and modern context.
- Pseudomonarchia Daemonum (69 Demons) An older historical text written by Johann Weyer in the 16th century, this list contains 69 demons and is considered one of the main influences behind the later Ars Goetia. Some demon names and descriptions vary slightly from the more popular Goetia. We included it to give users access to the older, foundational material and to highlight the historical evolution of these spirits.
- Grimoirium Verum (9 Demons)Â This grimoire takes a more practical and direct approach, often focusing on spirit pacts and results-based work. It features spirits such as Lucifuge Rofocale and includes a different hierarchy compared to the Goetia. We added this tab because it offers a distinct system that many practitioners find valuable for specific types of workings.
- The Grand Grimoire (23Â Demons)Â Also known as The Red Dragon, this text is heavily focused on making formal pacts, particularly for wealth and power. It centers around Lucifuge Rofocale and has a strong emphasis on ritual and contractual spirit work. We included it to provide insight into this more pact-oriented tradition.
By giving each book its own tab, we allow you to easily explore the differences in how demons are named, described, and approached across various traditions, while keeping everything organized and easy to navigate.
The Black Witch Coven Master List
(Includes over 200+ Deity & Demons)
In addition, there is a Black Witch Coven Master List, which combines over 200 demons and spirits from multiple traditions, including many popular spirits actively worked with today.
The demons that we would typically work with on a day-to-day basis in our own group. For example Hecate, Satan, Lucifer, Santa Muerte (Saint Death), Lakshmi, Saraswati, and more….. however, this list extends deeper, as over the past many decades we have a global coven who have worked with many, many various deities across the cultures. You will have the opportunity to explore different options for your own workings and for your own studies
This structure allows you to easily compare information across different sources while building and customizing your own system of study. Because it is a Google Sheet, you can type directly over existing entries, add your own notes, and modify the document as your practice evolves.
Key Benefits of This Workbook
This electronic workbook offers several practical advantages for those studying or working with demons and spirits:
- Structure for Your Studies If you’re studying demons seriously, it’s easy for information to become scattered. This workbook provides a clean, organized structure that helps you study more effectively and stay consistent over time. the baby negative is that you can’t easily hand draw onto your electronic notebook, and so if you prefer handwriting, then this isn’t for you.
- Quick Reference for Ritual and Spirit Work When preparing for ritual or spirit work, you can quickly look up which demons are traditionally associated with specific purposes, without having to search through multiple books or sources. it’s easy to do a search and find the exact spirit, deity, for exactly what you’re needing to work for and understand their origin, their pros, and their cons … and then after your ritual, add your own personal notes so you know what you can do more or less of next time to make this ritual even stronger
- Freedom to Make It Your Own Unlike a physical Book of Shadows, you’re not locked into this format. You can easily copy the information into your own system whether that’s another spreadsheet, Notion, or your personal Book of Shadows and build something that truly fits your practice.
- Reduces Mental Overwhelm Working with a large number of spirits can feel scattered. Having everything organized in one professional system helps reduce overwhelm and keeps your information accessible and manageable. Being able to search through an electronic workbook is less stressful and much faster than flicking through countless books of shadows or other physical workbooks, because we all know how long that takes
- Saves You Time and Effort Building a well-organized tracking system from scratch takes significant time. This workbook gives you a ready-made framework so you can focus more on your studies and less on organizing information.
May this workbook serve as a steady lantern on your path through the unseen.
