Coven Musings for June 2026
Heavy, Glitchy, and a Reminder About Honesty
June was a heavy month. Not just busy, but genuinely glitchy… like everything that should have been straightforward kept running into resistance.
BWC Tech Challenges & Our Fabulous Clients & Supporters
On the technical side, our website was down for five days. It wasn’t ideal, and I know it caused inconvenience for some of you trying to access services or make bookings. And believe me when I say that on the backend, Edwin and Krystal did their best to try and reassure, especially new people to us, that we’re not a pop-up website.
So….I want to say thank you to those of you who stuck with us during that time. It really does mean a lot that so many of our long-term clients trust that when things go wrong, we’re working on it and will get things back up and running. That kind of patience and loyalty doesn’t go unnoticed.
A big shout out also goes to our IT team (especially Eruel), who spent a lot of time working on a website that is now over 15 years old. They’ve been doing their best with what they have, applying fixes and workarounds to keep things running. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s appreciated. On a more positive note, we’re hoping that the updates made during the downtime, particularly around subscriptions and payment options, will make things smoother moving forward. Fingers crossed we have more stability on that front for the rest of the year.
On top of the technical frustrations, June also brought up some ongoing challenges with client requests that I feel need to be addressed openly.
The importance of being honest with your witch!
Over the years, I’ve noticed a pattern with some people who come to us for workings. They share a version of their story, but not always the full picture. They then order magic that doesn’t actually align with what they’re truly asking for behind the scenes. In some cases (especially legal matters) clients will later want us to keep reworking or adjusting spells, almost as if the magic is supposed to fill in the gaps between what they originally told us and what they actually want to happen.
I want to be clear about something. I care about the people who come to us, even when things get complicated. But the one thing I cannot get back is my time (.. and more importantly, my personal and family time). There’s no amount of money and no client issue that is more important than myself or my family. That has to be said. And if I didn’t say it like that, I wouldn’t be walking the talk. Time is the most important commodity, and so I spend a lot of time sharing with people the pros and cons of magic and what I need for the magic to be as successful as possible. If people choose, for one reason or another, to deliver a version of themselves they feel is more favorable, I’m not going to judge one for doing that, but I’m certainly not going to spend my time empathizing with their decision.
If someone chooses to be dishonest or only tells part of the story, and then faces spiritual consequences because the work was built on shaky foundations, that is not something I’m willing to keep fixing. I’m not here to mop up messes that were created through a lack of honesty. The spiritual consequences of working with half-truths or hidden agendas belong to the person who brought them in.
In the cases I’m talking about, there were serious consequences. One case in particular, the client lost her liberty. And all of this could be avoided if there wasn’t so much misdirection with the spell casting. And personally, I feel the spirits always know the truth, however, they will let us fall where we lay our own swords. We cannot blame the Gods and Goddesses for our human follies. The Left Hand Path is about owning your own show. We either learn from our mistakes or we don’t, and that is your free will.
In Summary
June was a reminder to stay clear about what we will and won’t support, and to keep strong boundaries around the work we do. This year’s energy has felt noticeably different, and during our Full Moon rituals, I’ve been speaking about the importance of setting firm boundaries, especially when you’re working toward your own specific goals.
The energy of 2026 is strongly supporting people who are willing to get clear on what they actually want and take decisive action toward it. This doesn’t look the same for everyone. For some, it may mean walking away from certain people or situations. For others, it might mean being more disciplined with their time, energy, or magical practice. Whatever your goals are, the current energy is backing those who are willing to set clear boundaries and stay consistent with what they’re trying to build.
I’m hoping July brings more flow and fewer technical and energetic headaches.
On that note, I wanted to share some feedback from our June 29 Full Moon ritual. I don’t usually share details from these private gatherings, but I feel some of what came through could be relevant to what I’ve been speaking about this year, particularly around boundaries, personal responsibility, and moving forward with more clarity.
So Enjoy!
Report To Our June 29 Full Moon Ritual Guests
Thank you for joining us for the Full Moon ritual on the 29th. I always appreciate those who take the time to be part of these gatherings, especially when many of us are living such separate lives. These rituals are not only about the magical work, but also about coming together, maintaining connection, and honouring the tradition we work within.
During this ritual, we focused on releasing what people had been carrying and sending those requests out into the spiritual realm. Many of you wrote about stress, anxiety, negativity, limited beliefs, and situations that have been weighing heavily on you. These were brought into the work with care. The energy of the Full Moon supported the act of letting go and allowing those burdens to be lifted and moved outward.
As we worked, two demons made their presence known with clear messages for this time.
The first was Uphir. He spoke about the importance of healing and strengthening the self while moving through difficult periods. His message was that real progress requires us to take care of our physical and energetic bodies. If we are depleted or scattered, even strong magical work will have less impact. He encouraged those who have been pushing through exhaustion or emotional strain to focus on steady, practical steps toward recovery, whether that means better rest, nutrition, or consistent energetic maintenance.
The second was Glasya-Labolas. His message was more direct about action. He pointed out that many people are currently feeling stuck or uncertain because of the tension in the world right now. His guidance was simple: momentum comes from action, not from waiting until things feel safe or clear. Even small, consistent steps taken while feeling uncertain are more powerful than waiting for perfect conditions. He stressed that clarity often comes after we begin moving, not before.
For those of you who submitted petitions, know that your requests were released with intention during the ritual. The work does not end there. The energy that was sent out will continue to move, but it responds best when you also continue to support it through your own actions and focus. This month, I encourage you to choose one area where you want movement and give it steady attention, whether through ritual, practical steps, or both. Avoid scattering your energy across too many things at once.
The Full Moon reminded us that release is powerful, but it works best when paired with clear direction and consistent effort afterward.
Thank you again for being part of the ritual.
