A hex to destroy a relationship

Dark magick spells differ because they draw on distinct primal forces, serve specific intentions, and are shaped by diverse occult traditions within the Left-Hand Path.

The standard term for this variation is malefic spellcraft, a category that spans jinxes, hexes, curses, necromancy, and demonological workings. Each type operates through a different energetic signature, ritual structure, and intended outcome.

Understanding why dark magick spells differ is not academic. It is the foundation of effective practice.

This week I’m going to talk a little bit about how I view Black Magic cursing, and then at the end of this I’m going to give you one of our rituals that many of us have performed for decades. Enjoy.

It’s called… Marriage to hex

Why dark magick spells differ at their core

The spectrum runs from mild to severe, and each tier has its own mechanics:

  • Jinxes are the lightest form. They introduce friction, bad luck, or minor disruption. They require minimal energetic investment and typically resolve on their own or with a simple reversal.
  • Hexes are sharp, single-impact spells designed to deliver a focused blow. Breaking a streak of success, triggering a specific failure, or causing a sudden reversal all fall under hex work.
  • Curses are sustained and multi-domain. They embed themselves across a target’s relationships, finances, health, and psychology simultaneously. They require more preparation, more energetic commitment, and more deliberate closure.

The ‘dark’ label is widely misunderstood. Dark magick engages primal subconscious and chthonic energies that mainstream systems ignore, but those energies are not inherently malevolent. They are potent, complex, and transformative. A practitioner working a domination spell through Andras is not performing evil for its own sake. They are applying a specific force to a specific problem with precision.

The dark arts also differ from white magick at the level of allegiance. White magick harmonizes with spiritual hierarchy; dark magick severs that connection and relies on individual will, primal forces, and forbidden knowledge. That severance is not a flaw. It is the source of the power.

Pro Tip: Clarify your intent before any working. Ego-driven rage produces unfocused energy that scatters across the ritual space and increases the risk of spiritual backlash. State the outcome you want, not the emotion you feel.

How source energies and methodologies shape dark spells

The energetic source of a spell determines its character as much as its intent does. Two practitioners casting toward the same goal will produce very different results if one draws on chthonic earth energies and the other works through a Goetic demon like Clauneck or Astaroth. The source is not interchangeable.

The major dark magick methodologies each carry a distinct energetic profile:

Methodology Energetic focus Ritual complexity Typical outcomes
Necromancy Ancestral and death energies High Divination, communication with the dead, cursing through ancestral channels
Demonology Demonic intelligence and will Very high Amplified power, pact-based results, long-term influence
Blood magick Personal life force Moderate to high Binding, intensifying personal spells, sealing pacts
Binding Sympathetic and restrictive force Moderate Controlling behavior, limiting a target’s actions
Rootwork curses Cultural folk energies, botanical and mineral Moderate Targeted harm, financial destruction, relational disruption
Sympathetic magick Representational and contagion principles Low to moderate Effigies, burning, striking, linking target to outcome

Black magick rituals universally use symbolic acts such as effigies, binding, striking, or burning, all linked by the principle of sympathetic magick. The specific objects and actions vary by culture, but the underlying structure is consistent. What changes is the energetic source feeding that structure.

Demonological workings sit at the top of the complexity scale. Working with entities like Lucifer, Andras, or Astaroth requires preparation that goes far beyond a standard hex. You need a clear pact structure, appropriate offerings, a properly constructed ritual space, and the ability to hold your will steady under the weight of a powerful intelligence. The invoking demonic influences process amplifies spell power significantly, but it also raises the stakes of every decision made during the ritual.

Blood magick intensifies personal spells by anchoring them in the practitioner’s own life force. This creates a direct energetic link between caster and outcome, which accelerates results but also means the caster carries the working in their own field until it resolves. That is not a reason to avoid it. It is a reason to understand what you are doing before you begin.

Pro Tip: After any high-intensity working, cleanse your ritual space and formally dismiss any entities you called. Failure to close portals or dismiss spirits leads to spiritual seepage that affects your psychology and energetic field for days or weeks.

What are the practical risks and applications of dark spells?

Managing dark spells in practice requires understanding the differences between spell types at the operational level. A jinx requires minimal post-ritual management. A long-term curse involving demonic entities requires a full protocol.

The following steps apply when casting any dark spell with serious intent:

  1. Define the outcome precisely. Vague intent produces vague results and increases the chance of unintended effects on the caster’s own field.
  2. Select the appropriate spell type. A jinx for a minor irritant, a hex for a focused strike, a curse for sustained multi-domain disruption. Matching the tool to the task matters.
  3. Choose your energetic source. Chthonic earth energy, ancestral force, or demonic intelligence each require different preparation and carry different risks.
  4. Construct the ritual space correctly. Protective boundaries, proper sigils, and correct invocations are not optional. They define the container that holds the working.
  5. Execute with focused will. Danger from dark magick is most often caused by untrained will and misunderstanding energetic consequences, not by the spell itself.
  6. Close the ritual completely. Dismiss entities, seal the space, and ground yourself. This step is where most practitioners fail.
  7. Monitor the aftermath. Dark spells, especially curses, continue working after the ritual ends. Track results and be prepared to break a spell you’ve cast if the working goes off course.

The Left-Hand Path does not frame these risks in terms of karma in the conventional sense. The concern is not cosmic punishment. It is energetic hygiene and practical effectiveness. A spell that bleeds back into the caster’s field because the ritual was not properly closed does not represent divine retribution. It represents a technical failure.

Demonological workings amplify both the power and the complexity of any dark spell. Working with Andras for domination or Clauneck for wealth creation produces results that standard folk magick cannot match. But those entities are intelligent, willful, and specific in their requirements. Approaching them without preparation is not brave. It is wasteful. The unknown variables in spellcasting multiply significantly when powerful entities are involved.

FAQ

What is the difference between a hex and a curse?

A hex is a singular, focused negative impact designed to deliver one sharp blow, such as breaking a streak of success. A curse is sustained and multi-domain, embedding disruption across a target’s relationships, finances, and psychology over time.

Why do dark magick spells differ from white magick spells?

Dark magick severs allegiance to spiritual hierarchy and relies on individual will, primal forces, and forbidden knowledge, while white magick aligns with and harmonizes through that hierarchy. This fundamental difference in energetic source and allegiance produces entirely different spell structures and outcomes.

How does demonology change the nature of a dark spell?

Working with demonic entities like Andras, Clauneck, or Astaroth amplifies spell power significantly because you are directing an intelligent, willful force rather than impersonal energy. The complexity and preparation requirements increase proportionally.

Are dark magick spells the same across all cultures?

No. Hoodoo, Voodoo, Goetia, Chinese folk cursing, and Luciferian practice each operate through distinct cosmologies, entities, and ritual structures. The black versus white binary is a post-medieval European construct that most global traditions do not recognize.

What is the most common mistake in dark spellcasting?

Failing to close the ritual completely is the most common and consequential error. Leaving portals open or failing to dismiss entities causes spiritual seepage that affects the caster’s psychology and energetic field, often for days or weeks after the working.

Marriage to Hell Hex…

This hex is for those who wish to break up a marriage by causing extreme chaos in the victims relationship. This will bring about the most chaotic vibrations in their household. This will bring each of them to a boiling point where they would be tempted to kill one another.

This hex is not for those who just want to break up a couple. For that you can use one of my other less harming spells. This is for someone you really hate with a passion……. someone who you wish to see suffer intensely with the end result being a broken heart and broken mind for them. A total collapse of their little white picket fence dream. An end to their happy little world of love and harmony.
You will need:

  • four black candles
  • a picture of the intended victim
  • some anointing oil
  • a picture of the person whose marriage you wish to dissolve. If you have a picture that contains the couple together, that is fine but you will focus mainly on one of the two.
  • a red marker
  • a hammer
  • two nails
  • block of wood (around 1’x1’ square)

First you will want to anoint the candles with the oil and while doing so thinking of the all the chaos this hex will be causing. Visualizing in your mind the victims mental hell they will be going through and visualize them fighting with words of extreme hate and violence. Visualize them finally splitting up and divorcing. Visualize this divorce being bitter to the end!

Part 1.

Place the picture of the victim to be on the block of wood. With the red marker, draw a red heart on the forehead and on the chest of the victim in the picture. Take your hammer and drive the nail into the heart drawn on the chest of the victim on the picture. While doing so, say the following words…

“With this nail I stab your heart
soon your love so near will part.”

Take your hammer and drive the nail into the heart drawn on the head of the victim on the picture. While doing so, say the following words…

“With this nail I stab your mind
  insanity now you shall find.”

Part 2.

Place the black candles on four points around the picture of the victim. Place them North, South, East and West. During all this you should be facing East. Light all four candles and meditate on the hex  once again.

Allow for the black wax from the candle to drip down onto the picture. Thus symbolizing him being surrounded by darkness, negativity and chaos. Then when you are ready, recite the following words with the utmost sincerity…

“Lords of Darkness, Lords of Night
bring this hex now to flight.
take this man I see before me now
speed up his karma, bring him down.
take his marriage and break it apart
bring it chaos and hate, now to start.
tear their love to shreds so fine
what was is gone, now is the time.
no longer shall they be together
his close nit family shall now be severed.
when together they start to smother
each doest want to kill the other.
no longer shall ye be as one
your marriage is over
what’s done is done!
Lords of Darkness, Lords of Night
bring this hex now to flight.”
So it be!

Remember that the word his may be changed to her and so forth. When you are done, extinguish the candles and leave everything set up as it is and you may repeat the second part of the spell for three nights, starting with lighting the candles, meditating, and reciting the incantation. At the end of three nights you may want to leave everything still set up for awhile to keep that vibration going out there to do its work.

Then when you feel it is time… you may dispose of everything. If you are like me, you will even make throwing it in the trash a ritual.

What I mean is, I will think of throwing it into the trash as symbolizing the victims life of happiness going to the trash to be gone forever!
