– learn how to relax your mind and body (even in stressful conditions or when you are emotionally excited)

– increase your focus span

– learn how to obtain and control various, alternative states of mind

– learn properly to visualize

– increase your ability to learn and understand

– increase your overall control over yourself

– increase your ability to cope with stress improving your overall life quality
