PAYPAL

PayPal is the easiest way to work with us. The payment is shown immediately in our account and we are able to work on your order from the moment it hits. No waiting around for processing from third-party providers.

CREDIT CARDS

We do accept credit card payments.

To pay with a credit card you must either email us or message us with your credit card information.

DON’T WANT TO EMAIL YOUR INFO? Lady Hannah is more than happy to take your information during a live message session and then destroy your card information after the session.

We do not hold onto any credit card information so please don’t ask us to save it for next time.

CASH PAYMENTS

BWC does accept cash payments. It is legal to send money through the postal services, however, this is at your own risk. We always recommend electronic payment methods, but if that is not possible for you, we do allow cash payment.

To make a cash payment, select the cash payment type at checkout. In an envelope securely placed the cash and a note stating your name and the order number. Please don’t forget to put your order number with the payment. Immediately post to this address.

VENMO

This option was introduced by request from some of our clients who don’t like working with PayPal or providing their credit cards. The owners will be on you to make the payment into the Venmo account. Please let us know once you have made the payment to make our life much easier and to make your transaction much faster 🙂

BANK DEPOSITS

Bank deposits are available but only for specific clients. Normally, these are “VIP” clients/packages who choose to go outside of the traditional payment systems and want to deposit directly into our account.

Purchase Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BWC. On this page, you’ll find information about our current shipping and payment options. This information does change quite regularly as we always like to provide you our client with the latest in payment options with providers who support witchcraft and occult businesses.

As some of you know very well, BWC has been in business for a long time, and we understand some clients who are new to us may be a little confused as to how we do business. It’s not the typical way most witchcraft groups provide services.

We endeavor to keep our fees low.

WHY? Because our clients are with us for a lifetime, not just for one or two services. We work with our clients, and we are not trying to get rich off a single client, and then let them disappear into the sea of “promise-making spellcasters”.

So our clients can add on various services from time to time which will benefit them in choosing the appropriate service for that occasion. Many spells will require recasting to make the spell more powerful, and that’s especially true when it comes to manipulative style of Magick. On other occasions, the magic will fade after a period of time, and you will need to re-cost the same spell to get the same effect on the target.

Other spellcasters who offer our quality will charge thousands of dollars per spell. You will notice most of our spells are in the hundreds of dollars, not the $1,000s and that’s because we’re giving you the option to add other services to assist you with your situation.

For clients who are confident with us and our services, you are welcome to purchase whatever you like. But please be advised of the following conditions:

  • Once we begin your service, there is no refund.
  • We do not offer guarantees, and your purchasing of the service does not mean you will receive a result. It does mean we will spend time in the preparation, performance, and delivery of what you requested. That is the extent and totality of what we offer.
  • We do not re-cast services, especially for those who have purchased a single spell. We are very upfront and very honest about what the results could potentially be, and if you have ordered a service in the hope that single service will do what you desire, then that is your choice.

Savannah provides many videos on what to expect from spellcasting services. This is a journey and not a genie-in-a-bottle service. We offer many services where you can re-cast a spell for a discounted fee, and we also offer VIP and monthly subscription services for those who truly wish to work on their situation.

How do you protect my info?

Payment info is collected via an industry-leading secure server. Additionally, most credit cards (and PayPal) offer protection against unauthorized charges. We don’t retain your credit card number or security code when you complete a payment.

Your email address, if provided at checkout, is used only to contact you about your order. Subscribers to our email newsletter will receive fewer than one message per month, and we will never sell, trade, or share your info.

Disputes:

  • Some clients choose to open a dispute if they do not LIKE the answers or the outcome of their spiritual request.
  • Please do know that we do share all of the personal information you have provided to us, to your bank and Paypal.
  • We will also invoice you if you try and scam services. If you do not pay the invoice, we will forward the unpaid account to debt collection services.
  • If a client is particularly difficult, we will share third-party information with “others”, in order to protect us from a difficult client.

We have found 99% of our clients to be of good character. As we all know, there is that 1% of customer who likes to scam everybody. Interestingly it is these individuals who have such a low vibrating energy, it’s almost like they have been cursed, and so their behaviour is in alignment with their actions. Still, most of these clients we will report to PayPal as scammers, and Paypal has cancelled their Paypal Accounts due to Fraudulent disputes.

Consultation Cancellations:

  • We understand you may not be able to be present for your consultation time. Please let us know in advance and cancel your appointment from Savannah’s diary.
  • If you do not let us know and you do not cancel your consultation you will be charged the full fee.
  • Remember if the time does not suit you or your time zone, please email us and we will do our best to try and arrange a time mutually suitable to both you and Savannah.

Product Orders

Your BWC Account Page

We do understand that many store occult websites list all of your spiritual items under your account page. Typically these stores have just one location or are just one single online store. So they do have the ability to very easily list all of your products in one place via their automated software.

BWC operates from multiple websites and locations, and some of us provide services from our own homes. Some of our products are made within our own homes. And it’s for this reason that we can’t all update the BWC account page. When we are given a project to work on for a client, and we complete that project, we send that project over to the client without the need of sending it to another person for approval as he would in a larger more corporate organisation.

Spiritual services should not be deemed in the same category as an Amazon product or service. We don’t have a team of chat room specialists, waiting to answer your call or your complaint. There is a SINGLE person on the emails. The reason for this is we are reading information of a personal nature, and we do not allow outsiders who are not within our spiritual group to work for us. Privacy is very important. The key thing is to have patience.

We are not pretending to be perfect, we really have long-term relationships with our clients, and our clients understand we are giving 100% towards their spiritual services.

That’s not to say we don’t value your feedback, and we truly appreciate learning how we can make our services better.

Lost Items & Refunds

We truly love making products and sending them to our clients at a very reasonable rate. It is for this reason we are very strict on shipping and returns. We cannot control what happens outside our doors, and we will not be financially responsible for other people’s mistakes and errors. We understand all of our customers have a choice, so if you do choose to purchase from BWC, you do so accepting these terms and conditions of sale.

  • If your item is lost during shipping, we do not refund.
  • Once we ship your order, you cannot cancel the order and ask for a refund.
  • We do not accept returned goods – all sales are final
  • We do not refund for items not received due to postal error or any other shipping accident.
  • We take no responsibility for items destroyed or held by customs.
  • We do not refund for stolen items

Timing & Delivery Location

  • Once we receive your order, it may take up to 3 to 4 days (m to F), before your order is packed and prepared for shipping.
  • Delivery times will vary from state to state, and we have no control on the delivery time after the product leaves our door.
  • We cannot tell the postal worker where to place your package.
  • If you have written a request for delivery on your order, we will do our best to write your message on the box, but as we don’t personally deliver the package, we cannot control if this message is read by the postal delivery agent.
  • Delivery times may be longer during the holiday season. Natural disasters will also affect delivery times and this is outside of our control as well.

Sending a Gift to a friend?

  • If you have ordered a product for a friend, that is so sweet!
  • We will only answer emails from yourself about this order, and you will have to write your order number in the email of inquiry if you would like it answered.
  • We will not answer emails from people who have not ordered the product. Yes this does happen. It is very confusing and time-consuming. People become quite angry and rude, sending multiple emails, generally without the Order number, and expecting us to offer prompt answers on a daily basis. It’s for this reason that we will simply not answer any email from somebody not involved directly with the payment of the order.
  • Please wait patiently for the product to arrive.
  • If you have been given a shipping or tracking number, please follow that tracking number.

FREE Shipping

  • We do offer free shipping for over $100 spent. This is limited to the USA only, and does not include the states of Hawaii or Alaska, which has expensive shipping.
  • We reserve the right to refund you or Share with you the shipping cost involved with sending this product to you in these states of Hawaii or Alaska.
  • Unfortunately, as we do keep shipping expenses to the exact cost charge to us, we cannot pay for shipping internationally, and I’m sure you appreciate the reason for this. Our aim is to keep our Prices as low as possible for everyone.

Tracking Numbers:

  • Items coming from our New Orleans or Las Vegas office will come with a tracking number that is automatically sent to you from Stamps.com.
  • Items coming from our warehouse do not come with a tracking number.
  • For talismans
    • These items are handmade by our jewelry designer and shipped directly from her private premises.
    • We do not have the shipping number or the tracking number, so if this is a problem for you please do not order this product.
    • BWC talismans are handmade at the time of order, and take between five and 10 days to prepare before shipping. Please have patience.

Wrong Address:

It happens at times, maybe you put down the wrong address, or maybe the postman sent it to a neighbour who doesn’t give it to you. This is frustrating, especially when you have a shitty neighbour. Also, other scumbags may steal the package from your porch. It happens.

Remember our responsibility ends once the package leaves our hands and enters the hands of the postage services.

If you give us the wrong address, And the package is returned to us, we are happy to resend this package to you, however, you will need to re-pay for the postage.

International Shipping:

The onus is on you to understand what is legally permitted to arrive into your country. If products get stopped at customs, and customs destroy the products, we will not pay or refund or resend these products to you.

*Singapore is notorious for the rejection of occult goods. They are known to smash goods and return it if they feel like it is black magic. So if you are from Singapore and you order from us, just know that this is a possibility and we do not take responsibility for the actions of your customs.

Just as a quick story, one client bought over $400 worth of Baphomet altar products. Singapore customs smashed the large altar piece, destroyed all the herbs and incense products, and the other tools in the package, then they repackage the box and returned it to us. They are  sending consumers from Singapore a message.

If you are a client of ours from Singapore, please consider this risk before you place an order. Remember we will not be responsible for any goods your customs breaks, or does not pass forward to you. Our responsibility ends at the time of the products leaving our office.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere on this globe EXCEPT the UK. Some European countries also give us a hard time, and countries like Singapore definitely give us a hard time.

What about import duty and VAT?

International customers, please check your local laws regarding VAT and import duties. You are responsible for any fees or taxes assessed by Customs on items purchased from our store. Packages will be marked with a fair approximate value of the goods enclosed. We comply with international shipping regulations and will not mark parcels as “gift” to avoid Customs duties.

Due to the VAT changes in 2021, we do not wish to collect taxes for the UK government, and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot sell goods to the UK.

Do you charge sales tax?

For orders shipping within the state of Louisiana, we must collect a 8.25% sales tax. (Not in Louisiana? We do not currently collect sales tax on out-of-state orders. However, this may change in the coming months due to a recent US Supreme Court ruling.)

Can you ship discreetly?

You may not want everyone to know your magickal business, and we understand.

  • Packages are discreet, and packed in plain boxes or envelopes. There will be nothing on the box or the envelope to indicate the product is from Black Witch Coven.
  • The packaging label will say “BWC Online”

International buyers: We must disclose the contents of the package on the Customs declaration form. For this reason, we cannot guarantee discreet shipping on international orders, but we do our best.

RETURNS

  • If you receive the wrong item(s) or something that is broken or defective, please contact us. We’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or return.To receive a refund on a broken item, please take photos of the item, and email us these photos immediately or as soon as possible.
  • Changed your mind? No refunds! Sorry, we cannot offer returns on herbs, oils, clothing, or any item used for magic or ritual.
  • If you feel uncomfortable with the item in your home, that is normal for some clients. We suggest that you bury the item away from your property, or throw it in a moving stream, or make sure it is thrown in a dump yard or a crossroads away from your home.

My order is a gift.

No problem! Just add a note at checkout, and we’ll leave out the pricing info. We can also include a gift message for the recipient, free of charge.

We will ship to the address you provide, even if it’s different from your billing address.

CONTACT US

Don’t feel shy to reach out and ask a question about your order, we will generally get back to you within 48 business hours.

We do spend a lot of time preparing the automated emails for each of our types of service. These emails will cover most of the questions you need answering, especially if you are a new client and you are not used to the way we operate.

We cannot provide phone services, as most people truly need around 15 to 30 minutes on the phone to explain their situation. Perhaps we will offer this in the future but right now we do have a clientele that we need to provide a lot of secrecy and privacy, hence why we only have our own members working in the emails and handling client’s data.

      Once you order the service, there are notes on what to do next and what information we will need from you. Then you just submit that information via the email address, and we return your message within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday. We do not answer emails over the weekend. It’s quite straightforward 🙂

Because you misunderstood “Various Boards”, we offered to give you a refund….you just need to send the board back to us. But instead, you decide to spam our inbox with your hateful comments.       For something like this, it’s always best to email us, as we don’t read the comments on the website daily. If you receive the tracking number, you can follow where the package is, and contact your post office. If you didn’t get a tracking number please email lady Hannah.
