Feeling “Dizzy” after energy work

All energy work is cumulative and even people who don’t notice much the first time usually have progressively deeper experiences if they continue. In the presence of a serious health challenge, four sessions is normal and gives you time to evaluate what benefits you are receiving. Removal of spiritual entities may require one or two sessions and then follow-up sessions on a monthly basis until you feel free of negative energy.

Besides the immediate experience of the energy within your body, you may notice other changes that continue to unfold: perhaps stronger digestion, a sense of being more centred and poised and less reactive, and sleeping deeply that night. Some people feel dizzy or lightheaded after distant energy work or after having a spirit or negative energy removed from their body. That could be a surprise for most people who don’t expect such a strong reaction after distant healing sessions of any type. All energy work happens in the spiritual plane, so it doesn’t matter if the energy work (or the unwonted negative spiritual entity) is removed in a healing centre where you’re having a physical session, or if the energy session is via distant healing.

FYI — If you were having your energy session in a healing Centre, and after the session, you felt dizzy, it could be because you sat up too quickly after the energy work.

Remote sessions can also affect your body. Some people who feel lightheaded after energy work could be “ungrounded.”  The basic grounding activities you can do include drinking water (to flush out toxins), getting outside for fresh air, leaning up against a tree, sitting on a big rock, taking a bath or shower, and eating a high protein meal, or one with root vegetables.

TIP: Use hematite in the pockets, which not only protects from negative energies, but also connects the soul to the body with its high iron content.

For other people, there is still more work to be done on the energy centres. Typically one specific chakra is more out of balance and needs more work than the others, and in the Chakra section of this post, I will talk about the importance of each of these energy centres in your body.

Dizziness can be due to imbalances in the Solar Plexus, which affects the “spiritual chakra” or the Third Eye. The unbalanced Third Eye will cause dizziness, and nausea in the Solar Plexus. Also, dizziness will cause more nausea. The Solar Plexus is your Ego, your “I” here and now. If this chakra becomes unbalanced, your entire chakra system becomes unbalanced. The ultimate root of all diseases and dysfunctions can be associated with this energy centre.

TIP: Belching and yawning can be helpful to release energy in the Solar Plexus.

It is common that during attacks, negative entities want to take control over your life. The way to do this is through the solar plexus because it does connect to the third eye which is your spiritual connection. It takes several sessions to restore balance, and re-calibrate your body so to speak! Issues and additional energy work is required on the solar plexus chakra after a spiritual attack.  If the Solar Plexus is blocked, you can lose physical strength, but also psychic, mental, and emotional strength. This makes it a preferred “attack” point to unprotected targets by demons, negative entities and witches.

It’s common to think that the negative entity is still on you because you’re feeling unwell, and out of balance. Most of the time you just need to heal your body after a spiritual attack and this can be done in several ways including continued energy work to make sure your Energy body is in tiptop shape and that it can defend itself.

Visualize yourself with roots growing down deep into the earth beneath you from the soles of your feet.

Now, here’s what to do if you have that spacey, dizzy feeling after receiving energy work.

If you’re able to meditate or visualise this is often very effective as a grounding exercise. Even after spellcasting this is a great technique to ground the energy, so you’re not feeling the energy from your spell work with in your body.

  • Choose to either sit or stand.
  • Take some deep breaths to calm yourself, while you’re focused on what you’re about to do. It’s important to mentally focus on what you’re trying to achieve.
  • We recommend that you connect with the energy of the universe above, and see it as golden energy that you’re drawing into your body. So you’re creating a golden energy ball above your head and when you’re ready you bring it into your body and take it straight down to your feet.
  • Now….Visualize yourself with roots growing down deep into the earth ( Don’t worry if you can’t perfectly imagine this. Just try anyway.)
  • Let the roots extend and thicken downward through the earth, the earth’s core.
  • Think about any energy that is in your body that does not serve your highest purpose, leaving your body through this energy channel into the ground.
  • When you get good at this, you’ll be able to tell when “excess” energy has left your body.
  • When you are finished, disconnect from the roots, and visually close off your body from any other energy source.
  • Some people like to put their hands together and say something like “so it is done.”

Observe how you feel now. You would probably need to do it daily for at least 5 to 7 days before you begin to connect with your body versus thinking about what you’re doing in your head.

The Purpose of Each Chakra

The 7 Chakras are the energy centres in our body through which energy flows. Blocked energy in our 7 Chakras can often lead to illness so it’s important to understand what each Chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely. It is true that we have many other chakra points in our body but these are the key chakra points.

Here’s our quick summary of the 7 Chakras:

astral projection

1.  Root Chakra – Represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded.

  • Location:Base of spine in tailbone area.
  • Emotional issues: Survival issues such as financial independence, money, and food.

2.Sacral Chakra – Our connection and ability to accept others and new experiences.

  • Location: Lower abdomen, about 2 inches below the navel and 2 inches in.
  • Emotional issues: Sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure, sexuality.

3.Solar Plexus Chakra – Our ability to be confident and in control of our lives.

  • Location: Upper abdomen in the stomach area.
  • Emotional issues: Self-worth, self-confidence, self-esteem.

4.Heart Chakra – Our ability to love.

  • Location: Center of chest just above heart.
  • Emotional issues: Love, joy, inner peace.

5.Throat Chakra – Our ability to communicate.

  • Location: Throat.
  • Emotional issues: Communication, self-expression of feelings, the truth.

6. Third Eye Chakra – Our ability to focus on and see the big picture.

  • Location:Forehead between the eyes. (Also called the Brow Chakra)
  • Emotional issues: Intuition, imagination, wisdom, ability to think and make decisions.

7. Crown Chakra – The highest Chakra represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually.

  • Location: The very top of the head.

Practice Opening the 3rd Eye

Third Eye Chakra: In Sanskrit it is called Ajna which means “command” or “authority”. Located between the eyebrows, it sends energy to the eyes, the head and the brain.

This Chakra is directly related to the Solar Plexus Chakra. If the Solar Plexus becomes unbalanced, the Third Eye automatically becomes unbalanced, we think negatively, our mind becomes confused, we lose our memory, we feel mentally confused, etc.

Here’s an exercise I have done in the past to open the third eye.

  • Find the focal point slightly above, in the middle of your eye brows and right above in alignment with your nose.
  • Once found, you need to imagine this point going to the middle of brain/mind by two or three inches. You will know the correct spot as it will just feel correct to you.
  • Imagine a pendulum swinging from the middle of brain/mind to the focal point and back again
  • Do this several times a day when you think about it. (To strengthen your connection to your third eye do this at least once a day to build your confidence.)

Over time this comes naturally and is easy for you to do whenever you want to connect to your third eye.
