• Honey: Represents sweetness and charm.
• Candles: Use pink or gold candles for love and beauty.
• Rose petals: Symbolize love and beauty.
• Mirror: To focus on your reflection and set the intention.
• Essential oils: Rose or jasmine oil for anointing.
• A small offering: A glass of mead, wine, or an apple as a gift to Freya.

Preparation

1. Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Cleanse the area using incense or a smudge stick.
2. Arrange the candles, amber, and gold in front of the mirror. Surround these items with rose petals.
3. Anoint the candles and yourself with rose or jasmine oil to invite Freya’s energy.

Steps

1. Light the Candles
   • As you light the candles, say:
     “Freya, goddess of beauty and charm, I call upon your radiant presence.”
2. Present the Offering
   • Place the honey, wine, or apple before the mirror. Say:
     “I offer this gift in honor of your grace and power. Accept it as a token of my devotion.”
3. Focus on the Mirror
   • Look into the mirror and visualize yourself glowing with confidence and beauty. Feel Freya’s energy infusing you with her charm and allure.
4. Chant an Invocation
   • Repeat:
     “Freya, goddess of beauty divine, grant me your charm, let your essence align. As I honor your grace and power today, may beauty and confidence come my way.”
   • Repeat this chant at least three times, focusing on your intentions.
5. Meditation
   • Close your eyes and meditate on the glow of the candles and Freya’s warmth surrounding you. Visualize the changes you wish to see in yourself.
6. Seal the Spell
   • Thank Freya for her presence:
     “Thank you, Freya, for your guidance and gifts. May your energy remain with me as I walk in beauty.”
7. Let the Candles Burn
   • Allow the candles to burn out safely or snuff them out if necessary. Dispose of the offering in nature as a sign of gratitude.
