Enhance your money spells with Jupiter energy

This week I am going back to my Sorcery Methods, with the desire to do some funky Money Magick Work for me and my clients. So I thought I’d share with you a tip on how to align your magick to the energy source for your spellcasting – and that energy source is coming from the planets!

Now, if you are a witch or wiccan, or may consider the day when doing your spellcasting, therefore if you are doing money work you would do the spell on Thursday. This is the day to perform spells for wealth, finances, business, legal matters and money drawing.

If you are more of a high magick person you also consider the planets influence on the hour of the day. Each day is traditionally associated with a planet, and it has its own influence on the magick you perform that day.

So now we have another layer to consider. The magical week now looks like this:

Monday (the Moon) – family, kids, spirituality, psychic skills, dreams, female energy, fertility

Tuesday (Mars) – energy, action, independence, conquering obstacles, dealing with conflict

Wednesday (Mercury) – creativity, communication, knowledge, jobs, career, education

Thursday (Jupiter) – wealth, finances, business, legal matters

Friday (Venus) – love, romance, relationships, family, marriage, social status, sexuality

Saturday (Saturn) – protection, discipline, overcoming habits, banishing, binding, meditation

Sunday (the Sun) – general success, abundance, strength, accomplishment, happiness, health

[box] You may already know, that each hour of the day is assigned its own planet, but in the interests of staying on topic, I’ll just say this has several more levels to consider for the dedicated witch.[/box]

And of course if you are a demononlogist or calling to your spiritual guide for the spells energy source, they will also be aligned to one of the planets. If you don’t believe me, just do some research. There are many sites that will show what planet is in what hour. This site does a great job of listing the planets to correspondences

The point I am trying to make is that the planetary influence on spellcasting cannot be ignored. This is why it’s a good idea to have many styles of magic up your sleeve. If you can’t get a result with the style of magic you are doing now, why not try drawing in from another method? Some people feel that they are not staying true to their art if they jump around. I say do what works and gets a result!

We all know that money magic can be difficult. For most part, people fail at the point of conception – meaning that, people want more money, for the sake of having more money. If you’re doing the money spell, you have to visualise what you want to do with that money. Then cast a spell visualising the achievement of the desire (not the money).

Still, whatever you are doing, if you are struggling with MONEY work, start using the power of Jupiter. To do this, you must visualize how the planet Jupiter can enhance your spell work. What power does it provide? And how does the combination of Jupiter and whatever deity you are using combine to give you spell casting God Power!

To harness the power of Jupiter, you can do magic when the Sun or Moon is in Sagittarius. October 15 to December 5 is the planetary period when we are all aligned with Jupiter energy. Your own personal Jupiter period starts 208 days after your birthday and lasts for 52 days. At these times, the magic for expansion, both prosperity and spirituality will be strong. Try focusing on magic for higher awareness, spiritual evolution, success, business, administration, publishing, philosophy, education, meditation and psychic development.

As my methods are more on the chaos side, I choose to use seals to connect with the energy of the planet. I also use the sigil of my deity/demon. The seal has been printed out or written on your parchment paper (or tin – the metal of Jupiter). I meditated on the seal for Jupiter and my demons sigil, as well as vocalizing my demons name. you could also use the astrological symbol of Jupiter.

Once you have made contact, put forward your petition to the deity/demons. I recommend that you write the petition before you begin so you not having to stop and think about it during the spellcasting. The petition could be placed under a candle, if you were doing a candle type work in conjunction with the meditation on the sigils.

If you have done this with success, you will begin to see small changes in your life as you and the planet align, and the petition to your deity/demon is granted. You could honor your deity or demon with an altar and give daily acknowledgement of their presence in your life. And/or put the seal sigil in a place where you can draw into the sigil/seal every day.

Some people like to wear a talisman of one of the Jupiter Seals. There are Seven Pentacles of Jupiter (see below), and each has a different money, wealth, or success meaning. The reason you wear the talisman is to keep you focused on the Jupiter energy and power!

1st Jupiter
~To be used to invoke the spirits of Jupiter.
~A special use if that of calling upon the Angels of the pentacle.
~Summoning the angel Parasiel in order to learn the secrets of possessing places or items containing treasure.

2nd Jupiter
~To be used for the acquisition of material riches and of honors and general success.
~To achieve peace of mind.
~To be used to discover treasures and to repel any guardian spirits of such.

3rd Jupiter
~To be used for general protection from all manners of spirits (summoned or otherwise).

4th Jupiter
~To be used in the acquisition of material wealth, as well as honors in life.

5th Jupiter
~To be used to achieve accurate visions. (*Note: It was reputed that Jacob wore this pentacle when he perceived his famous ‘ladder’ reaching into the heavens).

6th Jupiter
~To be used for protection from all earthly dangers.

7th Jupiter
~To be used to avoid poverty and hard times.
~To be used to discover hidden treasure and to repel the guardian spirits of such.
