Root Chakra Healing Guided Meditation.

ROOT CHAKRA / Also known as the 1st or Root Chakra, the Muladhara (sometimes spelled as mooladhara) is considered by many to be the most important Chakra as this is the Fundamental (or Mool) Chakra. Without Balancing it, now matter how hard we try, higher chakras can not be healed / unblocked.  Located at the base of our spine, it is the root chakra that governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves.

Sacral Chakra Healing Guided Meditation.

SACRAL CHAKRA / Your sacral chakra is located in your lower abdomen, about one to two inches below your naval. When out of balance symptoms include—but aren’t limited to—attachment issues, sexually-related guilt, timidity, emotional volatility, hypersensitivity, and trust issues. A person can act both completely disconnected and cold towards others if this chakra is under-active or needy and emotionally dependent if the chakra is over-active. This chakra is your most important emotional center and because of this, at one time or another, most of us will experience an imbalance here.

Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Guided Meditation.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA GUIDED MEDITATION with Chants and Tuning Meditation — Manipura(in Sanskrit) or the Solar Plexus Chakra is the third primary chakra or energy center in our body. Manipura is considered the center of dynamism, energy, willpower, and achievement (Itcha shakti), which radiates prana(the life energy) throughout the entire human body. It is associated with the power of fire and digestion, as well as with the sense of sight and the action of movement. Through meditating on Manipura, one is said to attain the power to create (save) or destroy the world.

Heart Chakra Healing Guided Meditation.

HEART CHAKRA — Anahata or heart chakra is the fourth primary chakra, according to Hindu Yogic, Shakta and Buddhist Tantric traditions. In Sanskrit, anahata means “unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten”. Anahata Nad refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound – the sound of the celestial realm. Anahata is associated with balance, calm and serenity. The Anahata chakra is in the central channel of the spine at the heart, with its kshetram or superficial activation site between the breasts.

THROAT CHAKRA — VISHUDDHA or Vishuddhi, or throat chakra is the fifth primary chakra or energy center. Vishuddha is positioned at the throat region, near the spine, with its superficial activation point in the pit of the throat. Due to its position, it is known as the throat Chakra.
