This fiendishly forbidden book and tarot card deck draw upon Le Dictionnaire Infernal (Infernal Dictionary), a legendary tome originally published in 1818 by French occultist Jacques Auguste Simon Collin.

Working from centuries of arcane magical texts, Collin described ancient daemons and organized them into hellish hierarchies.

Now Ariana Osborne has reinterpreted Collin’s classic text for today’s audience and created a divination system to identify the unique strengths and specialties of 69 of those daemons and explain how to summon their energies.

This is not your usual tarot deck, in fact it’s not really a tarot deck at all but it is a great deck. I pull a card everyday]…i am somewhat fascinated with it….I suggest you do a litt;e research to see it this deck is your thing or not.It has become an welcome and very enjoyable oart of my collection of almost 250 Tarot Decks…

 

Treat it like an Oracle deck. It’s like many angel decks on the market that give you 78 angel cards but they are not tarot decks either. The Daemon Tarot is a very unique deck because it is a cautionary deck! It’s great to toss in a single demon card during a reading to WARN the querent of approaching negative conditions. This is a refreshing aspect of this deck. Fortunes are not always pretty and cautionary decks are few and far between. The book has in depth information about these demon’s and includes additional information that helps in reading these cards.
