“If the devil does wear Prada, it’s Adramelech who picked it out.”

Who is Adramelech?

Adramelech is a figure mentioned in various mythologies and religious texts. In ancient Assyrian and Babylonian mythology, Adramelech was considered a god associated with sun and fertility. However, in later Jewish and Christian traditions, Adramelech became demonized and was often depicted as a high-ranking demon. In demonology, Adramelech is sometimes described as a chancellor of Hell, serving under Satan. Adramelech is said to be Satan’s tailor. According to Collin de Plancy’s book on demonology, Infernal Dictionary, Adramelech became the President of the Senate of the demons. He is also the Chancellor of Hell and supervisor of Satan’s wardrobe.

Different sources provide varying descriptions of Adramelech’s appearance and abilities, but these details are not consistent across different belief systems.

  • Adrammelech
  • Adramelek
  • Adar-malik

Working With This Demon:

In different mythologies and occult traditions, there are varied beliefs about what spirits or demons like Adramelech can help humans achieve. However, it’s essential to approach such beliefs with caution, as they are rooted in folklore, mythology, and occult practices that are not substantiated by scientific evidence.

In some occult traditions, practitioners might invoke or work with Adramelech for purposes such as acquiring knowledge, wealth, power, or protection.

The specific goals associated with invoking such entities can vary widely and are often specific to the practitioner’s intentions and beliefs.

I can’t see myself working with Adramelech in demon rituals. However, I enjoyed a daily message from him one daily, that made me think about what it was he was sharing with us.

Perhaps it is a message to either be mindful of how we present ourselves in the world – to be as a Sun God and SHINE! Or perhaps it is a warning. Osborne, author of Daemon Tarot says Adramelech warns us not to judge others by their appearance, “……especially those who dress to impress but have no substance behind their style.”

If you have worked with Adramelech in ritual or spell, let us know your results and the message he had for you!

Appearance:

He is generally depicted with a human torso, a mule’s head, a peacock tail, and the limbs of a mule or peacock.

Beware of judging others by appearances, especially those who dress to impress but have no substance behind their style.

History:

In early history books,  Adramelech, was a great Sun God.

The Bible associates the worship of Adramelech with Sepharvaim.  It was a double city, and received the common name Sepharvaim, i.e., “the two Sipparas,” or “the two booktowns.” Sepharvaim was the center of the worship of the god Adramelech*.

*cited in the Old Testament in 2 Kings 17:24, 31; 18:34; 19:13; Isa. 37:13

Adramelech is described in Hebrew writings as a son and murderer of Sennacherib, king of Assyria.

*cited in 2 Kings 19:37 and Isaiah 37:38.

Like many pagan gods, Adramelech is considered a demon by the Xians (typical story).

Hi do you have to say this pray out loador can you say it to your self?
Lord Satan, by your grace, grant me, I pray thee the power to conceive in my mind and to execute that which I desire to do, the end which I would attain by thy help, O Mighty Satan, the one True God who livest and reignest forever and ever. I entreat thee to inspire [name of Demon] to manifest before me that he/she may give me true and faithful answer, so that I may accomplish my desired end, provided that it is proper to his/her office. This I respectfully and humbly ask in Your Name, Lord Satan, may you deem me worthy, Father.
