Appearance:
When summoned Flauros appears first as a mighty, terrible, strong Leopard but when commanded by the Exorcist, he transforms into a Human form with flaming eyes and a fiery countenance. HE could either transform into a human male with fiery eyes or into a female with golden eyes.
The female form is very beautiful, thin, and has long legs. Her eyes are big and she is very calm. She appears without wings but can be seen floating in the air.
Abilities:
- Flauros is one of the demons that gives true answers to all things; be it the past, present or things to come.
- He can be very fierce in his dealings and when commanded, he destroys and burns up all the enemies of the summoner.
- He is also very protective and would not allow his worshippers to be tempted or attacked by other spirits. At the same time, he can turn spirits against a victim when commanded by a witch.
- He loves talking about divinity and the creation of the world. He also speaks of how he and the other spirits fell from heaven.
- According to S. Conolly, this demon balances the physical, mental and spiritual consciousness of the witch.
- He changes the summoner’s personality and transforms her/her into a more dangerous predator.
- This demon can assist a mortal who wishes to take vengeance on other demons.
- Flauros assists the witch in ascending unto hidden realms of the astral planes. He also guides her in shapeshifting.
- Flauros imparts intuition into the witch. This would guide her in knowing the qualities of different stones, animal bones, and other natural things.
- This demon also teaches the witch how to skry.
- Flauros rules over justice, love, baptism and new beginnings.
- He can raise the witch’s IQ level and grants her a retentive memory.
- According to J. Thorp, this demon can alter the astral body by giving it claws and dark ravenlike wings.
Working with Demon Flauros
Month: June. The Solstice rite to Flereous is held on June 21-22 during the Summer Solstice (Peak of Light)
Season: Summer
Ritual: Baptism, Action, Love, Solstice
Skullcap
During our rituals with Flauros, we honor him with the plant scullcap. This is known to be one of his favourites. But it’s also spiritually helpful to us to drink a tea made out of skullcap, especially if the reason why you’re requesting his assistance is that you have been under any form of spiritual attack. In the black arts community, there are many trivial people who prefer to attack others in the community mainly because of damaged egos. We can’t understand this mindset because there are so many other groups in the witchcraft communities who do not support those who practise the dark arts or who honour the ancient Gods now called Demons. So it would be more logical to take aim at “outsiders” but this is sadly not the case at this point in time. So we drink scullcap tea (mixed with vervain), as a restorative blessing from Flauros after the spiritual and magical assaults from outsiders. Those of us who perform “exorcisms” drink skullcap to accept the assistance from Flauros to protect and remove spiritual attacks from such rituals. It also calms the nervous system.
We also burnt a lot of skullcap for the purposes of attracting to specific requests for people needing faithfulness in their relationship and also for those looking to attract money. All of this is done to honour the Demon during the ritual, and provided as an offering.
What others have said….
- This demon has great strength and is usually soft-spoken and peaceful when called.
- Flauros is a very deceitful and lying demon who would only tell the truth when forced into the magic triangle.
- This demon loves offerings of lamb, spicy foods, rum, and resin incenses. You can offer him wine too.
- He is basically the demonized form of the Egyptian God Horus. He likes gold, red, and black candles. He loves his seal to be engraved on gold or ruby and he likes emeralds too. For this ritual, you can use Falcon headed Horus statue preferable in black stone, or the hawk-headed statue to represent him.
- You can call him during the day but working in the evening seems to be better.
- The sacred day for this demon is Saturday while July 15th is his sacred date. He can also be summoned on the winter solstice or on Christmas day.
How to Summon Flauros Against Enemies
by Spelwex
When commanded by the conjurer, the demon burns and destroys the enemies of the conjurer. While working with him, you must be free from fear and be of a quiet mind in the face of terror.
This ritual should be done in a location free from disturbances. Make sure that all the necessary requirements are put in place then draw a circle on the ground and recite this invocation while facing the south.
I conjure thee Flauros, in the names of the highest and their power and strength of will
And by their virtues and powers, I charge thee Flauros,
That thou shalt not depart out of my sight, nor alter thy bodily shape,
That thou hath been given the ability to have appeared in,
Nor any power shalt thou have of our bodies or souls, earthly or ghostly,
But to be obedient to me, and to the words of my conjuration.
I conjure thee Flauros, by all thrones, dominations, principals, powers and virtues,
I conjure and charge, bind and constrain thee Flauros, by the highest virtues,
That thou be obedient unto me, and to come and appear visible unto me,
And that in all days, hours, and minutes, wheresoever I be, being called by the virtue of the highest,
Thou shalt look ready to appear unto me, and to give me good counsel,
To give to me thy aid and comfort, and in all other things, let my will quickly be fulfilled,
I charge thee upon pain of everlasting condemnation,
Fiat, fiat, fiat, Amen.
After he has appeared to you, you should quickly tell him your requests and do all the necessary negotiations. When that is done, you can then dismiss him with the dismissal of the Spirit.
Flereous is a fire elemental in the first family of the Dukante hierarchy.

Hi. I’ve been practising rituals and at times felt strong energies that I’ve connected with but nothing I’ve tried to manifest works out. In fact the opposite happens at times. Eg. I connect with Bune to help me find a means of making extra money but instead I’ve ended up losing more money due to theft or bad decisions which I don’t normally make. Or seek inspiration from another spirit, Lucifer or Amdusias but end up feeling demotivated. Why is this happening and how do I remedy it?
Generally it is due to infrequent practice. The art of summoning spirits and having ancient entities be enticed to help us in our human affairs requires much dedication. As you practice the skill, and dedicate your time, you will then start to see the benefits of the practice. Additionally, it is not guaranteed that a spirit ever help us. So instead of taking it personally we should move along to a different form of magical working to meet our needs. You may find that spellcasting provides a foster pathway forward without the need to commit a lot of time and dedication to the demon or spirit
